Our Story

Built To Bridge The Gap

Watchmen Action was founded by RC Williams and Julianna Ormond — owners of a successful market research firm — after they discovered a critical gap in the conservative Christian community.

There were great believers who wanted to take action on the issues that mattered most. And there were great people building powerful tools to help them. But the two sides weren't connecting — passion without strategy, and tools without users.

Watchmen Action was created to bridge that gap. Through rapid-deployment training, two news publications, a weekly BEK TV show, and a bestselling book, we equip the Church to engage the culture with clarity, courage, and measurable impact.

Co-Founders, Watchmen Action

Husband and wife team RC Williams and Julianna Ormond are the co-founders of Watchmen Action — a mission born from their success with Sherloc, their market research firm, and a growing conviction that the Church needed to be equipped, not just inspired, to engage the culture.

After discovering a critical gap between believers who wanted to take action and the tools that could help them do it, RC and Julianna created Watchmen Action to bridge that divide. Their rapid-deployment training model gets individuals and groups from passion to action in less than a day — with a focused story, a mobilized team, and tools to measure what's working.

Together they co-host "The Culture Crossroads" on the BEK TV network on Sunday evenings, and publish two Substack newsletters: Ripped From The Headlines, which breaks down what the news actually means, and We Are The Watchmen Weekly, connecting current events to Scripture.

RC and Julianna are also the co-authors of the bestselling book "Empowered 2 ACT: Maintaining The Pillars Of Patriotism" — the antidote for Saul Alinsky's Rules For Radicals, crafted for grassroots activists who aspire to effect meaningful change.
